Otherwise, stand-up paddling and kayaking, whether at the foot of the High Atlas or around Essaouira's Mogador Island, are exceptional activities not to be missed. In a completely different ambience, we also suggest discovering the High Atlas mountains in the Berber lands, the Lalla Takerkoust dam lake, the Imlil valley at the gateway to the Toubkal national park, bathing in the natural pools of the Ouzoud waterfalls with the desert monkeys, strolling through the narrow streets of the eternal port city of Essaouira or admiring the relief of the high dunes of the Merzouga desert. For hiking enthusiasts, you can take a walk along transhumance paths in the Ait Oucheg valley, climb Mount Toubkal (4167m) or Mount M'Goun with a mule convoy to reach the highest peak in North Africa, not forgetting a journey through time on the Yagour plateau, which will surprise you with its purity.
