Since 2007, Dunes & Désert has been organizing buggy excursions to exceptional landscapes near Marrakech. These two-seater vehicles are ideal for exploring the stony desert of Jbilets, north of Marrakech, as well as the rocky desert of Agafay. Our itineraries pass through Berber villages where you’ll meet the desert’s inhabitants, offering you a true cultural immersion.
Our buggy activities are available as half-day or full-day tours. Guided by our experts, you’ll take to unique trails in the heart of the Moroccan countryside and desert, for an unforgettable vacation experience. For a half-day tour, you can stop off at a local’s home to enjoy mint tea and Moroccan crêpes. For a full day, a delicious tajine will be served by a friendly Berber family. You can also combine this activity with a camel ride, an experience not to be missed during your stay in Morocco.
We also offer buggy trips departing from the Lalla Takerkoust dam to discover the famous lake and stone dunes of the Agafay desert.
