The Agafay desert is a superb place for a buggy ride, and even more so in Premium mode! Yes, Dunes & Desert offers you its famous buggy day in premium mode: private transfer, dedicated guide and lunch in a luxury bivouac! 

Just 45 minutes from the center of Marrakech, this is a unique place to discover during your next vacation in Marrakech: villages, canyons and oases are all on the program for this day, which is sure to be the highlight of your vacation. Our best equipment and guides will be at your service for this colorful experience. 

After an equipment & safety briefing and initiation, you’ll set off for a superb day out. In the morning, you’ll set off to meet the locals, who will give you a warm welcome in their villages. 

For lunch, you’ll stop off at a luxury bivouac in the heart of the Agafay desert.  Spectacular views of the High Atlas mountains, especially in spring. The second part of the day is just as enjoyable. Accompanied by your guide, you’ll explore new corners of the Agafay desert at the wheel of your buggies, finishing the tour in the late afternoon and leaving with a wonderful souvenir!

What you need to know

• Minimum 2 people for this Premium private experience. 
• Exact meeting time confirmed the day before by phone or Whatsapp. 
• Total duration approx. 8 hours: transfers, welcome and introductions, preparation, briefing, initiation, morning run, lunch, afternoon run & return to hotel. 
• It is possible to mix quad & buggy for this day of activity. Quad day can be booked here, simply by selecting the same date. 
• Minors under 18 are accepted as passengers only. Identification will be required on site.
• Minors aged 16 and over can pilot a quad with parental authorization. 
• We’re often asked if there are sand dunes. Unfortunately, there aren’t any around Marrakech. 
• Our quad & buggy guides are all Red Crescent certified (First Aid Training). 

What to bring

• Don’t forget your ID (passport, CIN or driving license). 
• Include your camera for cool snapshots or to capture the great moments of the ride. 
• We recommend wearing closed shoes, soft, comfortable clothing, sunscreen and warm clothing in winter. For your comfort and to respect local customs, we advise against wearing shorts or skirts.
